Civil Air Patrol

I saw this new SQTR in E-Services because of one of my cadets wants to train for this and I approved him and looking more at this SQTR I also became very interested in this as well. So, I went to look up these tasks in order to see what has to be done in order to become qualified to be Domestic Operations Awareness and Assessment Response Tool User. The problem that I have encountered is that I cannot find what has to be done in order to become qualified. 

Is there anyone out there that can point me in the right direction so that I can help my cadet, myself and anyone else that is interested in this SQTR?

I have a similar and related question. There are new items on the SQTR (GFMS, GFMP, and GFSO) These are the mission coordinators, mission pilots, and sensor operators of the Predator in flight systems. (Green Flag) But I can't find anything on how to train for these positions. Where can I find out more info?
